We met Katie at a bridal show in Cranberry Twp. PA at the Double Tree Hotel. After signing with us they told use that they got engaged at Mill Creek Park in Ohio during the winter and how there was a very nice snow fall. They said if it is possible they would love to do the engagement session at the park with snow. We can not control the weather but I said we would watch the forecast and hope for the best. It was a mild winter here in PA.  Katie called up and said they just wanted to do the session and not worry about the snow so we set up the session. It was great getting to know them better and at the very end of the session it started snowing so we were able to get some great pictures with the snow fall for them. Enjoy the pictures and feel free to leave a comment to congratulate Katie and Adam on their engagement and upcoming wedding. Congratulations two both of you and we can’t wait to see you again!3F5A2007-Edit3F5A2010-Edit3F5A2020-Edit3F5A2025-Edit3F5A20463F5A2051-Edit3F5A2059-Edit3F5A20723F5A20763F5A21053F5A21193F5A21243F5A21393F5A21433F5A21773F5A21993F5A2202IMG_9380IMG_9389IMG_9390IMG_9412IMG_9420IMG_9421IMG_9468

Lets all say congratulations to Alyssa and Bill on their engagement and upcoming wedding. We met Alyssa at the Beaver County Times Bridal Show at the Seven Oaks County Club. Alyssa and Bill will be getting married this June and will be holding their reception at one of my favorite golf courses that provides such beautiful places to shoot The Club at Shadow Lakes. We met up with Alyssa and Bill for their engagement session up on Mt. Washington on a very cold day November day. After capturing some great moments up on Mt. Washington we headed to Bill place of business for some pictures at his NAPA store. Bill is also a volunteer firefighter so after a small shoot at his store we went down the road to shoot with him in his uniform and and the trucks. I have to take one moment and say thank you to Bill. Thank you. Thank you and all you friends and family for keeping us and other safe or saving our lives when God forbid needed. Our ending location for our engagement session was at Raccoon Creek State Park a very beautiful location. We can’t wait for the wedding day with such a great couple. Congratulations again to Alyssa and Bill!

We love photographing weddings and I always tell everyone our couples are always the best to work with. Samantha and Everett are no different. We battled the cold weather with with from a snowy engagement session to cold weather and light snow on the wedding day in October. We love to let our pictures tell the stories for us but I thought I would ask Samantha if she would like to let everyone know what she thought. I also asked about her tattoo. I love it the saying rings so true and that is something I will never forget. “Inhale the future, Exhale the past” Here is what Samantha wrote.

I met Dan & Julie at a bridal show in Aliquippa, January 2015. Their pictures displayed at their booth were fantastic & they seemed like genuinely nice people. I decided to book them for our wedding in October. Communication was great throughout the whole process and they were flexible to work with. We had gotten quite a bit of snow that I thought would be nice for our engagement pictures. I called them to see if we could shoot pictures and we did the next day! We started out at their studio then moved to McConnells Mills despite the cold and snow (our pictures turned out awesome!) I was impressed when Dan had brought up several picture ideas that I had saved on Pinterest! When our big day arrived, Dan & Julie were with us, capturing amazing shots all day long. They toughed it out with us (so cold & snow!) while we had some of my favorite pictures done on a friends farm between the ceremony and reception. Their ideas were all wonderful, we loved having 2 different views throughout and they both made us feel at ease while shooting. We really appreciate all their time & help the past year!

— My tattoo. “Inhale the future, Exhale the past” with a dandelion blowing… It has many meanings..
One, I was a dancer for 15years and every time before going on stage, you had to take a deep breath, let everything go, and do your best out on the dance floor. Another is for my Grandma..She had my cousin and I a lot while we were growing up and we would always go down to the creek near her home, some of my most treasured moments. We played in the creek and our Grandma would always make us pick the dandelions, tell us to make a wish, and blow away! And, as many people know.. When life gets the best of you..sometimes you just have to stop, take a deep breath, let it go,relax and move on!

I would like to start off with saying congratulations to Melea and Casey. Melea and Casey got married on Octboer 10th 2015 at Saint Matthis Church in Evans City PA. Both Melea and Casey had that relaxed personality with us and working with them was a joy. I remember showing Melea some of the pictures on the back of the camrea and she would say I love it. Even after the wedding when we brought them into the studio to veiw the pictures they were surprised saying ” I didn’t even see you take this picture.” I love when we are able to surprise the bride with pictures she never thought she got. It was a pleaure working with you two and thank you for letting us be a part of your big day. Congratulations to Melea and Casey not only on the marrage but on the new addition to the family coming in 2016. We are exited for you and please keep us posted!

We were referred to Melissa and Matthew by a wedding we did last year. This meant a lot to us we love when brides refer us to their friends. We always had a great time working with Melissa and Matt from their engagement session throwing paint around to their horror movie zombie shot for Matt. Matt loves his horror movies and we wanted to get him one shot for him. Melissa and Matt’s wedding was held just outside the Pittsburgh area. The ceremony was held at Saint Alphonus and the reception was held at the Futules Harmar House. The Futules Harmar House did the catering as well. Both locations were very nice. The bar area of the Futules Harmar House was really cool as soon as I saw that I know I wanted to make a scene there and set up a cafe’ setup with the bridal party. We were able to get so many great photos of there wedding we had a great time reliving it during the viewing. Congratulations Melissa and Matt it was a pleasure working with you Thank you.
